TCL welcomes 3 new employees
Dawn Dukes has joined the School of Business and Industrial Technology as a business adjunct.
With over 25 years of industry experience, notably in leadership roles in product management and corporate communications, Dawn has a diverse professional background in management and marketing.
She also holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Spanish.
Dawn travels frequently to visit family in Madrid, Spain – her mother is from Madrid – and says she loves “the culture and cuisine.” Currently, she and her son are working to obtain dual citizenship.
A. Paige Thompson has joined the Kozak Office of Workforce Development as an adjunct certified nursing assisting (CNA) instructor.
Paige has six years of experience as a clinical educator and has been a registered nurse for 20 years. She most recently worked as a clinical instructor with the PATH program, or People Achieving Their Highest, a career development program at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
In addition to spending time with her husband and two teenage children, Paige enjoys volunteering with the Nurses Honor Guard of South Carolina.
Brianna Wells has joined the School of Nursing as a navigator.
Brianna has worked in higher education for two years and most recently worked for the University of South Carolina Beaufort as office coordinator for the study abroad and honors programs.
She has lived in the Lowcountry for three years and says she is “grateful to live in such a beautiful area.”

TCL to hold third annual ‘Jingle All the Way 5K’ in December
TCL’s Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) club will once again host its popular ‘Jingle All the Way 5K’ on Saturday, Dec. 14 on TCL’s Beaufort Mather Campus. For details or to register read about it here.
